Happy New Year!
For the next 2 weeks in math we will be finishing up multiplication and working into division strategies. We will have a multiplication quiz this week. Students can solve the problems using any strategy we have practiced ( box method or standard algorithm or "turtle head" ). For homework we will be going back to homework sheets that are broken into four days , Monday through Thursday. The homework will practice multiplication and division but may also go back to place value, addition, or subtraction. Any students who are still weak in their knowledge of basic multiplication/division facts should continue to practice them each night at home!
