Week Of September 2 - 5, 2014


Welcome back after a sunny and warm Labor Day weekend. Homework for this week will consist of mostly studying in Reading, Grammar, and Spelling. We will start Science this week also. As of now, I am planning on having a quiz on Interrogative and Declarative sentences on Thursday as well as a reading test that same day. Students can prepare for the reading test by making sure they review their vocabulary words. We will review skills such as sequence and identifying the suffixes -al, and -ful. I will update the status of my helpline tomorrow with any more specific homework or study tips. Remember, to always use your homework assignment book as that will always be the most accurate!
