Well the end of the year has arrived. Thanks for a great year! I will miss you all and wish you a wonderful, relaxing summer. Homework for the remainder of the year is as follows:


ELA- We will be working on the skills/vocab for the story "How Tia Lola Came to Visit (stay)" Review the family times letter for the vocab, spelling and grammar skill. Our final reading, spelling, and grammar quiz will be next Tuesday, May 31. Our spelling pretest will be tomorrow. Homework for spelling will be the usual, corrections on Monday, ABC order on Tuesday, and word search on Thursday. Post test will be Tuesday for those who need to take it. In grammar, we will be working on how and when to use commas.

Math - We are starting topic 15 this week. Homework will be 15-1 on Monday, 15-2 on Tuesday, 15-3 on Wednesday, and 15-4 on Thursday. We will finish topic 15 on Tuesday, May 31 and have our test Wednesday, June 1



Science/ social studies - In science we will be finishing the year by learning about energy and motion. In social studies, we will be wrapping up our lessons on PA.
