Reminder that the first VO test for my homeroom will be this Friday, Sept. 19 on the prefixes.


Spelling

Monday will be the pretest for list 3 ( On the Banks of Plum Creek). Corrections for those who need to complete are due tomorrow ( 3 times each). Please note that if you write your corrections INCORRECTLY, you will have to redo them.Post
test for this list will be Friday.


Grammar- Monday is the test on imperative/exclamatory sentences for Mrs. Nestor's homeroom. There will be NO homework Monday or Tuesday in grammar. Wednesday will be starting subject and predicate of sentences. Homework will be workbook p. 65. Thursday homework will be to write 10 sentences. Friday we will take those sentences in class and identify the subject and predicate of each.


Reading- Test on Lewis and Clark and the vocab words will be Tuesday. Wednesday we will start a new story called "On the Banks of Plum Creek". Wednesday's homework will be to complete workbook p. 62. Thursday will be to complete the "Words to Write" activity from p. 82 in the TEXTbook and write the story in your notebooks.


Science- Our first quiz will be WEdnesday on Lesson 1. Study the vocab cards.
