This week we will be starting topic 9 on division. This topic consists of 5 lessons, so I expect us to finish this topic and test next week. Homework for this week will be from lesson 9-1 through 9-5. Some students need to continue studying their basic multiplication and division facts. We will continue having fact quizzes for those who have not yet mastered them. Having a strong knowledge of the basic facts will help them be able to complete the more complicated multiplication and division problems that are presented in fourth grades.
