Grammar- p 29 in grammar practice book
Spelling - corrections from pretest 3 times each in your spelling notebook.
Reading - two pages will sent home to practice drawing conclusions and new vocab.
Science - no homework, we will be finishing our study of nocturnal animals this week. Friday we will dissect our owl pellets!! ( no homework in science this week)

Grammar - complete the bottom of p. 30 in your grammar pract. book
Spelling - complete p. 29-30
Reading - write a journal entry in your reading notebook that includes all of the vocab words. The directions for this activity are on the bottom of p. 165 in your reading storybook ( text book). Make sure you use complete sentences.
Wednesday, October 30
Grammar- complete p. 31 in your grammar practice book, test will be on Friday on irregular plurals.
Spelling - p. 31 - 32
Reading - finish p. 65 - 66 in your reading practice book/ Newspaper activity will be assigned and explained today. You will have one week to complete and hand in.
REMEMBER Halloween costumes for party and parade tomorrow.
Thursday, October 31
Spelling - study words with or, ar for test tomorrow ( it is possible we may have the test on Monday, Nov. 4.. will keep you updated on that)
Grammar - test tomorrow on irregular plurals
Reading - no homework
Friday, November 1
NO homework except to work on your newspaper activity poster that will be due next Friday, November 8.
