Week of November 29- December 2, 2016

Welcome to the busy holiday season! Homework for this week is as follows:


Math

Tuesday - complete P5-1
Wednesday - complete p5-2
Thursday- We are doing a lesson on multiplication word problems, no homework
Friday - complete p5-3

SAS ( standards aligned system ) practice tests will be coming home. Please look over and sign. This was NOT used towards a grade. It is just a tool to see how well the students have grasped the understandinng of the math standards that we have covered so far. Although, there is a "grade" put on the test, it is just to show the students what they would of gotten IF it was a graded test.


Science

SAS practice tests will be coming home. Please check over the results. This is not used towards a grade, just a tool to see how well the student understand the life science concepts covered this far. We will keep these tests as a study tool in our binders. Please sign and return the tests.

We are moving on to Earth science topics. We will start with weather. We will be working on activities the next few weeks on this topic. Most will be completed in class but a few activities may be coming home to finish.
